The easiest way to place an order is through the Site. We accept MasterCard and Visa. All orders will be transacted in US Dollars. An email confirmation with an order number will be sent to you after your order is placed.
If you prefer you may place an order by mail. Payments for mail order may be made by MasterCard, Visa, check or money order. If paying by check, your order will not be shipped until the check is cleared. To make an order by mail please fill in an order form adding the appropriate shipping charges to the total purchase. Residents of Canada and British Columbia must add the appropriate sales and provincial tax to their subtotal. We are unable to accept COD’s.

i. You may return any item purchased from this Site for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
ii. Customized goods are not refundable.
iii. Shipping charges are not refundable.
iv. Florence C Designs is not responsible for costs and risks of product return unless the product failed to be delivered or if the product is defective. In such a case, Florence C Designs will assume the costs and risks for product return provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.
