The charms can be engraved. However, this service is not currently available from www.DogsWithAttitude.com.
Can any of the charms be substituted for another?
Each charm is priced individually. Should you wish to customize a bracelet or necklace by choosing your own selection of charms please send an email to info@DogsWithAttitude.com and request a quote. Please note that customized orders cannot be returned.

When will my order arrive?
We will endeavor to send all goods within two business days of receiving the order subject to availability. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for the arrival of your order before making enquiries. For all queries please email info@DogsWithAttitude.com.
Can my order be sent to a different address?
We will deliver orders to the address provided by the customer upon ordering. Delivery will not be made to a post office box.

Can I return an item?
i. You may return any item purchased from this Site for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
ii. Customized goods are not refundable.

How do I know if the chain will fit my dog?
To ensure a good fit for your dog, measure around your dog’s neck close to the shoulders and add 1 to 2 inches for comfort depending on the size of your dog. If the size you require is not available then email us at info@DogsWithAttitude.com.
