Use of the Site constitutes a contract between you and Florence C Designs governed by the Terms and conditions detailed below. Florence C Designs makes every effort to minimize errors on this Site. However, it waives any responsibility regarding any such errors that may appear. No related company, executive, employee, representative or agent of Florence C Designs can be held liable under any circumstances for damage related directly or indirectly to use of the Site. This site is provided “as is” and should be used at you own risk. Florence C Designs offers no representations, warranties , guarantees or conditions (whether expressed or implied).

By using this Site, you hereby acknowledge that all items, information and opinions transmitted to Florence C Designs by any means will become the complete and exclusive property of Florence C Designs, and you hereby waive all moral rights related thereto. Florence C Designs hereby advises you that it can, without issuing compensation to you, reproduce, publish and license by any means and to whomever it sees fit any items you may have transmitted to it.

2. General Terms of Sale

2.1 Price
2.1.1 All prices advertised in this Site are in US Dollars.

2.1.2 The cost of delivery and all applicable sales taxes and over and above the product price unless otherwise indicated.

2.1.3 Florence C Designs reserves the right to amend the price of any product offered on the Site at any time without prior notice.

2.1.4 For orders transacted with non-US Dollar credit cards our merchant account will convert all currencies to US Dollars and your credit card will be billed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

2.2 Returns
2.2.1 You may return any item purchased from this Site for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

2.2.2 Customized goods are not refundable.

2.2.3 Shipping charges are not refundable.

2.2.4 Florence C Designs is not responsible for costs and risks of product return unless the product failed to be delivered or if the product is defective. In such a case, Florence C Designs will assume the costs and risks for product return provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.

2.2.5 Please contact us at info@DogsWithAttitude.com to obtain a Return reference number and then return the goods to: Florence C Designs – Returns, DogsWithAttitude.com, 910 West 14th Avenue, Vancouver BC, V5Z 1R4, CANADA. Products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number.

2.2.6 Upon receipt of returned products, any amount debited on you credit card to the order of Florence C Designs with regards to the returned product (less shipping charges) will be credited as soon as possible subject to the above (paragraph 2.2.1).

2.3 Product Availability

2.3.1 Florence C Designs does not under any circumstances guarantee the availability of any product listed on the Site.

2.3.2 Florence C Designs is at no time responsible for any damages that you may incur as a result of product unavailability.

2.4 Product Delivery

2.4.1. Florence C Designs will deliver orders to the address provided by the customer upon ordering. Delivery will not be made to a post office box.

2.4.2 Delivery will be made by the selected mode of transportation as chosen by Florence C Designs. The cost and speed of delivery may vary depending on destination, mode of delivery and product availability.

2.4.3 Products are deemed your property upon their release by Florence C Designs to the transport company. As such time, Florence C Designs is no longer responsible for the loss or destruction of the products.

2.4.4 Products shipped to addresses outside Canada may be subject to customs and excise charges. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.4.5 Orders shipped to addresses within Canada are subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax. All orders by British Columbia residents are subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax and 7% Provincial Sales Tax.

2.4.6 Product delivery is subject to the corporate policies governing the delivery companies used by Florence C Designs. If you are absent from the location provided to Florence C Designs for product delivery, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from the delivery company in accordance with the company’s policies.

2.4.7 Florence C Designs must obtain full payment before shipment of products.

2.5 Responsibility

2.5.1 In the event that Florence C Designs’s responsibility towards you is confirmed, said responsibility would be limited to an amount equal to the price of the returned product.
